I have a flight booked from London Heathrow to Melbourne on 7th February and would welcome a response to the three questions that I have. My E Tickey number is 00116******** and my Booking Reference number is 262**** 1) what is my cargo baggage allowance? 2) Will my cargo baggage be automatically transferred from London Heathrow to Avalon Melbourne? No refund as advised

Despite numerous emails, calls and letters we have NEVER received the refund that we were entitled to and were advised we would receive in November! AVOID - THESE ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE - VERY POOR SERVICE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO POST MY REVIEW IN AS MANY PLACES UNTIL I RECEIVE A RESOLUTION.

Sent emails and tried phoning Travel Up to change flights

Having sent emails and tried phoning Travel Up to change my flights, as my brother passed away and I needed to get back to Brisbane. Went on their website to try and reschedule flights using Manage Your Booking, but would not allow me to change my flights ? This company should be ashamed and call themselves a Travel agency. To date have not received any response from them ?

Scam flights

I purchased emirates flight tickets for 2 people , Mr A R Steede, n Mrs T Steede , 17th nov at 8.50, returning on 26 th nov at 2.40. , but seens to be a scam as no confirmatio n no tickets,, when i rang yourselfs on 23 sept to check they couldnt find anything , but my bank have asked if you could send me an email confirming this. Thanks .T Steede

User's recommendation: Don't really no wot else to do, after 4 emails and 3 lengthy phone calls, n 2.5 weeks later still no reply.

There should be a warning that the "Helpline" is s premium rate number, and even a call of a just few seconds costs a lot. Why don't you clearly advertise a normal number or any numbers for overseas enquiries?
